Industrial filmmaker Marvin Rothenberg, who made the promotional film Telegram For America (1956) for Western Union, had previously overseen this bizarre "girlesque" feature from 1952 in which two robbers known as "The Strip Tease Bandits" force women guests at a luxury hotel to disrobe. The torrid tale turns out to be desk clerk Mathilde's dream, however, as she is stirred awake by the manager after giving the "robbers" her own enthusiastic bump and grind routine. Featuring striptease numbers by "That Erotic Eurasian" Gung Hai (featured prominently in the campaign), sassy Sue "Tassel" Travis, and class act Toni Lamont, along with burlesque comedian Sammy Birch (The Red Buttons Show) in a dual role as hotel manager and bandit.
